The house on stilts over the water where Jason lives rent free on Brian Heder's land. Rockstar's own render pack files the Dinka Enduro and the Crest Kayak with it as safehouse vehicles, which makes it the closest thing to a confirmed home in GTA 6.

The official site says Brian lets Jason live on his property rent free, and that Jason pays for it by helping with the local trade. The wider shot in Rockstar's render batch shows the house itself: raised on stilts over shallow water, with the trail bike, the pickup and the kayak parked underneath.

What it does in the game

Whether the house works as a save point, a wardrobe or a garage has not been shown. The only mechanic visibly attached to it is the basketball hoop underneath, which appears in the free-roam block of the Extended Look.

Is the stilt house a safehouse?

Rockstar files the Dinka Enduro and Crest Kayak with it as safehouse vehicles, which is as close to a confirmation as exists. No save point or wardrobe has been shown.
