Brian's Marina

The Launch Trailer cuts from a "Welcome to The Keys" sign straight to an aerial shot of the yard: a long shed with "Brian's Marina" on the roof, boats stacked three high on racks and a smaller sign by the road advertising rack rental. Inside, Jason works on a hull with a polisher while someone stands on the deck above him. A few seconds later he takes a phone call in the car park, a free call from Lucia Caminos, and then stands at the water's edge next to a moored seaplane.

• Big red "Brian's Marina" lettering on the shed roof
• Boats stored on tall racks, rack rental advertised by the road
• Jason works here, and takes Lucia's call in the car park

Rockstar's official bio for Brian Heder says he still moves product through the boat yard he runs with his third wife, Lori, and that he lets Jason live there rent-free in exchange for help with the local operations. The trailer never says outright that this marina is that yard, but the name on the roof and Jason working on the boats make the link hard to miss.
