The paddle craft bundled with the GTA VI Ultimate Edition, photographed at sunset with Jason paddling away from a Keys dock. Rockstar groups it with the safehouse vehicles, and it is the only human-powered boat shown so far.

Rockstar's own render pack files the kayak with the safehouse vehicles, and the wider shot of that set shows it lying under the stilt house next to the Ganado pickup and the Dinka Enduro. The Crest name is printed on the hull, and the paddle is the two-blade kind you sit in rather than on.

Water you are meant to paddle

Confirmed

A kayak only makes sense in a state with water worth crossing slowly, and the Extended Look supplies it: the free-roam block puts kayaks and jet skis in Bayside, and SVG describes the swamps as places you can boat through and snorkel in.

Questions and answers

Is the Crest Kayak in the base game?

It is bundled with the Ultimate Edition. Rockstar has not said whether the kayak also appears in the standard game or is sold separately later.

What can you do with a kayak in GTA 6?

Nothing has been detailed. What exists is the render and the Extended Look's free-roam block, which shows kayaks and jet skis among the water activities in Bayside.
