The notes on the fridge

The camera holds on the fridge for barely two seconds while Jason gets a drink, and at 4K every note reads. Pink squares: "NO MORE SNACKING", "HYDRATE! Drink that water", and "KEEP SMILING!" with a smiley under it. Yellow squares: "You are STRONG", underlined, and a handwritten weekly workout plan with days down the left and exercises beside them. Around them are beach photographs, a card from a beauty supplier, and a Lombank statement held on by a magnet, which puts one of the series' recurring banks in a domestic frame rather than a heist.

The notes do characterisation the dialogue never has to. Somebody in that apartment is on a routine, is talking themselves through it, and is keeping the receipts of a life on the door. Previews describe both protagonists sharing a safehouse and their bodies responding to eating and training, so the gym plan on the door is not only decoration: it is the same system the video demonstrates twenty minutes later on a bench press. Rockstar has not said whose handwriting it is, and neither will we.
