Tommy Vercetti's first safehouse in GTA Vice City is back as neon on a Vice City street. It sits behind palm trees around the 33 second mark of Trailer 1, and the Vintage Vice City Pack render puts Jason and Lucia directly under the sign.

SVG spotted the hotel in the first trailer at roughly the 33 second mark, tucked behind palm trees in the Ocean Beach stretch of Vice City. In GTA Vice City the same building was where Tommy Vercetti first saved his progress after a drug deal went wrong.

The pack render puts the pair under the sign
Spotted in trailer
The Vintage Vice City Pack render photographs Jason and Lucia in the pack's outfits directly under the neon, with the '55 Stanier parked behind them, which is the clearest look at the sign published so far. Whether the hotel can be entered, or works as a safehouse again, has not been said.

Does this mean Tommy Vercetti is in GTA 6?
Almost certainly not, and Rockstar has said nothing. SVG points out that Vice City belongs to the older 3D universe rather than the one GTA 6 lives in, and that Ray Liotta, who voiced Tommy, died in 2022. The hotel reads as a nod to the place, not a promise about the character.
