Rockstar's Ultimate Edition text says the Shitzu Squalo, the sport fishing boat, is docked at Washington Beach. That single line is the whole official record: no screenshot labelled with the name, no map position, nothing about what else the district holds. In the 2002 Vice City, Washington Beach sat between Ocean Beach and the north of the island, and the name carrying over says the modern city keeps the same street plan in that stretch.
