The Vice City beachfront that Rockstar's pre-order copy places the Shore Court Garage next to. The name carries over from the 2002 Vice City, where it was the game's South Beach, and it is the closest thing GTA 6 has to a named stretch of sand.

Ocean Beach reaches the official record through the Vintage Vice City Pack: Rockstar's text bundles the '55 Vapid Stanier with a personal garage called Shore Court, and puts that garage near Ocean Beach. That is the whole official mention, and it is enough to confirm the district exists in the modern Vice City.

The same beach, twenty-four years later

Ocean Beach was Vice City's South Beach in 2002: art deco frontages, the lifeguard towers, the strip the whole game was sold on. Rockstar has shown plenty of that coastline in GTA 6 trailers and screenshots without labelling any of it, so the name arriving in pre-order copy is the first time the modern game admits the district by name.
