GamesBeat reports a GTA 6 PC release in early 2027. Rockstar has not announced a PC version.
On 13 October 2026 GamesBeat reported that Rockstar plans to release GTA 6 on PC in the first quarter of 2027, between January and March. The outlet cites four industry sources who asked not to be named, and says Rockstar did not answer a request for comment. An earlier claim points the same way: in April 2026 the X user DetectiveSeeds said three former Rockstar employees named February 2027 as the target. Take-Two's own plan for the fiscal year ending 31 March 2027 lists GTA 6 plus one unnamed "platform extension", a port of an existing game to another system. That leaves room for a PC version but does not name one. For comparison, GTA V reached PC about a year and seven months after consoles, Red Dead Redemption 2 about a year after. Officially nothing has changed: GTA 6 is announced for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S only.
