Appearance is not only cosmetic in GTA 6. Previews of the Extended Look describe the police building a description of you from your face, your clothes and your car, and a visit to a barber changing your hair is one of the things that clears the physical description. Previews also say hair can be shaved or trimmed at home, while cuts and styles need a salon, and that each salon across Leonida carries its own selection.
