GTA VI's Justice score gets its own album on 11 December

Rockstar has dated a separate release for the game's music: Grand Theft Auto VI: Original Score by Justice comes out on 11 December, three weeks after the game. The official GTA VI music page lists 30 tracks, plus digital bonus tracks included in every format. Justice, the French duo of Gaspard Augé and Xavier de Rosnay, composed the score.

The record will be on streaming services, as a double CD and as a triple vinyl, with a limited crystal clear pressing among the editions. Pre-orders are open now. The first track, "Pusher" featuring Gesaffelstein, is already out. Rockstar calls the score adaptive: its pieces are tuned to the different ways a player moves through Vice City and Leonida while following Jason and Lucia.

This is a different album from Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album, the 34 songs by Travis Scott, Morgan Wallen, Keith Richards and others that arrive with the game on 19 November. Justice's single "Flower in a Hurricane" with Tame Impala, SZA and King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, first heard in the Launch Trailer, sits on that one. So the songs come on launch day, and the music written for the missions and the open world follows in December.
