Eagle-eyed fans spotted a Manatees jersey in Trailer 2, the kit of Leonida's fictional pro football side. The aqua colourway and Florida setting make the target obvious: it is Vice City's version of the Miami Dolphins, with a manatee - Florida's gentle 'sea cow' - swapped in for the dolphin. It continues Rockstar's long habit of building parody sports franchises rather than licensing real ones.
