Angstipan and the Prairie Sandwich
Spotted in trailer
Previews call GTA 6's the largest collection of radio and television commercials the series has had, and name two of the products: an antidepressant called Angstipan and a 30,000-calorie Prairie Sandwich. The Extended Look leaves one of the ads running.

The television is not wallpaper
Spotted in trailerIn the apartment sequence Jason puts the television on and the video lets it play. At 7:52 the screen is a commercial shot like a real one: a mound of sliced ham on a bun, backlit against a meadow, held long enough to be a joke about the genre rather than set dressing. The preview coverage collected by Vice describes the game carrying the largest collection of radio and TV advertising in the series' history, and names an antidepressant called Angstipan and a 30,000-calorie Prairie Sandwich among the products being sold.

An old series habit, scaled up
Spotted in trailerFake advertising has carried Grand Theft Auto's satire since the radio stations of GTA III, and it is usually where the writing is sharpest because nobody has to be in character. The claim here is one of volume rather than a single gag. Whether the Prairie Sandwich is the thing on screen at 7:52 has not been stated, and Rockstar has published no list of products, stations or ad breaks.
