The inland lake country Rockstar names as the home of One-Eyed Willie's, the off-road mod shop in the Ultimate Edition. It is one of the few Leonida regions named in official copy rather than spotted in a trailer.

Lake Leonida enters the record sideways. Rockstar's Ultimate Edition text places One-Eyed Willie's, the off-road workshop, in Lake Leonida, and that is the whole of the official mention. No screenshot, no trailer shot, no position relative to Vice City or the Grassrivers.

What the name implies
Confirmed
Every other named region so far tracks a real Florida geography: Grassrivers for the Everglades, Leonida Keys for the Florida Keys, Mount Kalaga for the state parks up north. A lake district with an off-road workshop in it points at the interior rather than the coast, but that is reading a name, not a map.
